Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator supports the attraction and retention of staff at Notre-Dame Hospital (Hearst). He or she ensures legal compliance, promotes a healthy and safe work environment, and contributes to an organizational culture focused on internal accountability. The incumbent coordinates recruitment activities, implements best practices in talent management, and develops training tools. He or she acts as an advisor to managers, employees, and partners, represents the Hospital with various external bodies, and supports the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. Finally, he or she fosters networking to integrate the organization’s best practices.

Requirements
· Hold a degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
· CHRL designation would be an asset
· A certificate or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety combined with complementary and specific experience in the field of workplace health and safety
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written
Benefits
· Annual salary between $76,635 and $91,221, plus benefits
