Vallee Stripe & Seal Ltd. is seeking a motivated and reliable Snow Removal Operator to join our team for the upcoming winter season.

About the role

• Responsible for operating groomers for solar panel snow removal and various other equipment.
• Work schedules may vary day-to-day based on weather conditions, seasonal demands, and operational needs.

Contract term

• This is a full-time winter-season contract position with the possibility of transitioning into a year-round employment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence.
• Experience operating machinery and equipment.
• Dependable and able to work flexible hours during snow events.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in outdoor winter conditions.
• Mechanic skills would be an asset.
