What you'll do

• Plan and schedule daily & weekly field work
• Ensure jobs are fully prepared before dispatch
• Support and lead field technicians
• Solve problems & make decision in real time
• Communicate with clients & provide updates
• Improve processes & drive operational efficiency
• Monitor job progress, quality & completion
• Manage inventory awareness & logistics
• Ensure all completed work is accurately documented and validated to support timely and accurate billing.

This role is dynamic & responsibilities are not limited to the above.

Who you are

• Organized, proactive & solutions-focused
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Strong communicator with clients and team
• Experience in Field service, IT, construction or similar environment
