Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Notre-Dame Hospital in Hearst is seeking an Electrician to join its maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment to ensure the safety, reliability, and proper functioning of the hospital. QUALIFICATIONS:
Ü Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics Technology (or related field).
Ü Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills with modern testing tools.
Ü Knowledge of hospital-grade equipment and safety standards.
Ü Bilingual (English and French) oral and written.
Ü Proficiency with computers for reporting and work order management.
Ü Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform under pressure.
Ü Good physical condition to meet job demands (lifting, confined spaces, heights).
Ü Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and confidentiality.
ASSETS:
Ü Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Ü Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and quality assurance initiatives.
Ü Flexibility to respond to urgent calls outside of regular working hours.
Ü Interest in ongoing training and professional development.

Annual salary from $56,450 to $69,420.
