Estimateur/estimatrice de projets de construction

Description d'emploi : 

·         Lecture de plans architecturaux

·         Calculs de quantités de produits nécessaires à un projet de construction

·         Calculs de prix de matériaux de construction

·         Consultation avec le client et ajustement du projet selon les limites de temps et budgétaires

·         Gestion des commandes de matériaux de construction

·         Service à la clientèle

·         Aider à l'entreposage des matériaux

·         Remplacements aux besoins dans tout autre département

·         43,5 heures par semaine

Qualités requises :

·         Bonnes connaissances dans le domaine de la construction

·         Capacité de bouger de l'équipement qui peut peser jusqu'à 50 livres

·         Excellent service à la clientèle

·         Travail bien sous pression

·         Autonome

·         Sens de l'initiative

Salaire selon la convention collective

Construction Project Estimator

Job Description: 

·         Reading architectural plans

·         Calculations of quantities of products needed for a construction project

·         Price calculations of building materials

·         Consultation with the client and adjusting the project within time and budget limits

·         Order management of building materials

·         Customer service

·         Assist with material storage

·         Replacements as needed in all other departments

·         43.5 hours per week

Qualifications: 

·         Good knowledge in the field of construction

·         Ability to move equipment that can weigh up to 50 pounds

·         Excellent customer service

·         Work well under stress

·         Independent

·         Sense of initiative

Salary according to the collective agreement
